A published range is a guide, and neither the figure we send nor the budget you name is a contract. Work starts when both sides sign a written scope. All prices are before tax. Fixed packages
Each package has a typical price range and duration. The quote we send reflects the actual work and the information you provide, and the schedule in your signed scope assumes timely access, information, and feedback from your side.
AI Enable my Site
For a company that wants AI on its website but has not decided which feature to build.
Included: We review the site and the job you want done, then recommend one feature in writing: an assistant that answers from the site’s own pages, or an AI feature alongside a product you already run. We build that feature, handle the pages and data it needs privately, and hand it over with notes your team can follow.
You get: The finished feature, on your site or alongside your product, and a short note on what it does and does not do.

Add AI Capabilities to my Company
For a company that wants AI in the business but does not yet know where it belongs.
Included: We review one workflow or one set of documents you already use and recommend, in writing, the single place where AI will help most. We then build either an assistant that answers from those documents or an AI step inside that workflow, handle the material you share privately, and hand it over.
You get: A working assistant or an improved workflow, with a note of what was connected and what was left unchanged.

Architecture or code review
An independent, written review of a system you already have, built in .NET or another common stack.
Included: We read the architecture and the code you point us to, then write up our findings: the risks, explained in plain language, and a sequenced list of fixes.
You get: The written review. If you want the fixes built later, that is a separate engagement.
Typical duration: 3–5 days.

A good fit when you want a clear assessment before a release, a purchase, or a rewrite, and you do not need someone to stay on and implement the changes.
Private document assistant
A chat assistant that answers questions from your company’s own documents. It covers one defined collection, not every system you own.
Included: We set up one chat interface over the documents you provide. The documents are used only for this engagement. We finish with a handover that explains how it is set up.
You get: The assistant and the handover. This is a finished piece of work, not an ongoing service.

Custom internal tools
Internal tools you would like to outsource, built in Blazor and .NET or in another stack you already run.
Included: Before we build, we write a description of the tool(s), with a list of what is in scope and what is not. We then build the tool(s) and hand them over.
You get: The finished tool(s), with a written list of what they do and what they do not do.
Typical duration: 2–4 weeks.

A good fit when a repeated task can be handled by a purpose-built tool, and you can say what is out of scope before we start.
Quoted after review
This work varies too much in size to publish a range. Send what you know, and we will reply with a price and a duration, or tell you plainly that the work is not a fit.
Move from one stack to another
A bounded move of a system you already run onto a stack you choose, or one we recommend.
Included: We write down what moves and what stays, carry out the move, and hand over the result.
You get: The system running on the new stack, with a note of anything left behind.
Duration and price: Set in the quote, after review. All prices are before tax.
A good fit when both the current stack and the target stack can be named before we start.
Rescue a stuck project
For a project that has already started but is not finishing.
Included: We assess where the project stalled and agree with you in writing on what is in scope and what is not. We then complete that work and hand it over.
You get: The agreed piece of work, finished, with a note of anything that remains.
Duration and price: Set in the quote, after review. All prices are before tax.
A good fit when the finish line can be written down. This is not a fit for open-ended staffing.
Old or unusual system
For a system that is hard to work with, including one built on obsolete technology.
Included: We begin with a short discovery review. Afterward, we send a fixed quote for the work, or you can name a budget.
You get: The discovery review and, if you want to proceed, a quote for moving the system onto current technology.
Duration and price: The discovery review is quoted after we see the system. All prices are before tax.
A good fit when there is a system we can examine and a clear finish line.
Hardware, embedded, or a bounded experiment
For work involving a device, firmware, or an open question, provided the job can still be written down and finished.
Included: We review the constraints and write down what is in scope and what is not.
You get: A reviewed quote, as with every other request. If the work is not a fit, Spencer will say so plainly.
Duration and price: Set in the quote, after review. All prices are before tax.
A good fit when both the device or question and the finish line can be named.
Something else
For a bounded job that does not fit any of the services above but can still be written down and finished.
Included: We review what you describe. Examples include connecting systems you already run, automation that goes beyond a single internal tool, a data project that is broader than one document assistant, or a short prototype with a clear end. Before any build, we agree in writing on what is in scope and what is not.
You get: A reviewed quote, as with every other request. If the work is not a fit, Spencer will say so plainly.

A good fit when you can say where the work starts and where it stops.
Not a fit
We do not take on open-ended staff augmentation, hourly retainers, or ongoing on-call support, and we do not supply someone for 40 hours a week.
If the work cannot be written down, priced, and finished, it is not a fit for these services. Describe a bounded job and we will tell you whether it fits.
